Scheduling

A 50% no refundable deposit is required upon scheduling the event. The remainder will be collected at the end of our 2-hour service time (unless other specified). If you need to reschedule the event for another date, we require at least 72 hours' notice. After that, we charge an $85 rescheduling fee. In the event of weather issues, our advice is to have an indoor alternative. If you wish to reschedule due to weather conditions, we require an 8-hour notice (for weather issues only). We then will work with you to reschedule your event within a 14-day window.
